Silver for our Inigo Cabernet Sauvignon 2020at the Cathay Hong Kong International Wine and Spirit Competition (HK IWSC)
Handpicked from selected parcels of their vines, this range of wine pays homage to Inigo of Loyola. Originally a mercenary, he turned from a life of violence to dedicate himself to helping others. Co-founder of the Order of Jesuits whose members would eventually found Sevenhill Cellars in 1851.
Classic Cabernet aromas of Blueberry and Blackberry, with touchers of Juniper, Eucalyptus, Bay Leaf and Dried Herbs.
Fine, savoury tannins, providing superb length and line. Well balanced and will benefit from cellaring.
