When entire worlds collide, something entirely unique is born. Viva Extra Brut combines the best of beer and wine, brimming with pure Belgium craftsmanship and brewed with true heart and soul. 

Our master brewer found inspiration in the best natural wines, exploring unique grape varieties and lesser-known strains of wine yeast. Hops and grapes, champagne yeast and wild wine yeast. Giving time for every flavour to develop through a meticulous triple fermentation. 

First, pale malted barley and Hallertau Blanc hops are brought to a head with fine champagne yeast. Next, a second partial fermentation combines carefully selected Chardonnay grapes with wild strains of wine yeast. Finally, the precisely the right moment: The Master Blend. The best of beer and wine undergo a third and final fermentation together. 

The result: Viva Extra Brut, surprisingly refreshing, refreshingly different. 

Viva Extra Brut's well-balanced complexity makes it both a refreshing aperitif and an ideal accompaniment to all kinds of dishes, from seafood to Asian cuisine to fine-quality cheese.
