The heroic Baldwin I , fought the animal and pierced the bear’s heart with his lance. The epic story was forgotten over the years. Today ‘Beer van Brugge’ brings the legend back to life with a series of legendary beers for “bon vivants” with character.

Beer van Brugge Brewery presents a range of blonde and amber beers made with only the best malts and hops. Each beer is brewed with genuine, honest ingredients and without added sugars, water or other additives.

Beer van Brugge is always unfiltered, to ensure a pure taste and a deep, dark blonde colour. Each beer is brewed based on the original family recipe that dates back to the 19th century. The result is a rich, authentic taste.
