Handpicked from selected parcels of their vines, this range of wine pays homage to Inigo of Loyola. Originally a mercenary, he turned from a life of violence to dedicate himself to helping others. Co-founder of the Order of Jesuits whose members would eventually found Sevenhill Cellars in 1851. 

Tasting Notes

Lime, kumquat, lemon verbena and thyme shout Clare Valley Riesling on the aroma. The palate is tight and linear with a well-defined acid structure and clean citrus fruit finish. Produced from the free-run juice of estate-grown fruit.
