The Brother John May Reserve Release Shiraz recognises the distinguished career of Sevenhill's Jesuit Winemaker Emeritus, Brother John May SJ, who planted these low-yielding vines in his very early days at Sevenhill.
Deeply intense red berry fruit, combines with a rich and layered palate of cassis and a hint of eucalyptus to produce a more fragrant and slightly herbaceous version of this wine. Cedar-y French oak flavours and lingering fine-grained tannins give this wine nice length and balance.
