Sustainably produced, created from 100% Australian wine grapes. Hand-crafted, blended and aged batch by batch. Pukara Estate’s Balsamic Vinegars are handmade using a mother culture dating from the 1800’s.

A sweet and rich caramelised liqueur vinegar that adds a wonderful depth to any dish. It’s great over salads or drizzled over roasted Spanish chicken with olives and peppers. Try as a glaze for salmon fillets and simply grill. The sweetness of this vinegar matches well with desserts.
