A smooth liqueur delicately accented with hand-picked lavender from the Surrey Hills. English lavender is gently distilled in small batches. It is kept at a fairly high 30% vol. to avoid diluting cocktails.
Made with English lavender, unrefined cane sugar and organic grain spirit.
Serve neat in a liqueur glass with a slice of cake.
Alternatively in a cocktail such as a Lavender Collins with gin, lemon juice and soda water, or a Fairy Liquid made with 50ml Lavendelicious, 15ml Eternal Absinthe, 6 raspberries, 25ml Italicus Bergamot Liqueur, 10ml syrup, hard shake and double strain into a chilled coupe glass, top with rose lemonade and garnish with marshmallows.
