A contemporary absinthe with the addition of rose petals for a delicate moreish finish and deep amber colour.
Gently distilled in a small traditional copper pot still and macerated with rose petals for 24 hours. The porcelain bottles feature wrap-around tattoo artwork.
Made with green aniseed, fennel seeds, grand wormwood, red rose petals, licorice, immortelle, calmus root, melissa, elecampane, sage, nutmeg, peppermint, galangal, orange zest and organic grain spirit.
Serve in an absinthe glass with ice water from an absinthe fountain slowly dripped through a sugar cube. Or simply on ice, neat or with rose lemonade. Or in cocktails such as the Sazerac, or as a rinse on a glass for other cocktails such as a Gimlet.
