A wonderfully refreshing floral gin with a kick of aromatic green cardamom and uplifting citrus notes from pink grapefruit.
Launched in 2017, the porcelain bottles feature watercolours of dragontail butterflies from the Cardamom Mountains along with the botanicals used.
Made with pink grapefruit zest, green cardamom, cassia bark, angelica root, orris root, wild Kossovo juniper berries and organic grain spirit.
Serve with ice and tonic. Garnish with a shard of lemongrass and a twist of lime.
Alternatively in a Singapore Sling with 30ml Dancing Dragontail, 15ml Cherry Heering, 7.5ml Benedictine, 7.5ml Cointreau, 25ml Grenadine, squeeze of lime, dash of Angostura bitters, 50ml pineapple juice and garnish with a pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry.
