English Heritage St. Clement's Gin - 700ml

This English Heritage St Clement’s Gin is carefully distilled with selected botanicals including juniper, almond, Seville orange, liquorice and coriander. The blood orange and fresh lemon peel are then expertly blended into the gin to give a natural faint orange blush and refreshing citrus taste. Excellent served as a sipping gin, perfect for a Negroni or as a simple gin with tonic and a slice of lemon or orange.

Named after the English nursery rhyme, folk song and singing game Oranges and Lemons, of which the first line includes "the bells of St Clement’s" and refers to the bells of several churches, all within or close to the City of London.

Ingredients: Juniper, coriander seed, liquorice, lemon peel, bitter orange peel, elderflower, orris root powder, Angelica seed, bitter almond, fresh orange peel, fresh lemon peel, natural colouring.

Palate: Bittersweet citrus notes from orange and lemon burst into more traditional notes of juniper on the lengthy finish.

50ml St Cléments Gin, 50ml fresh squeezed orange
juice, 10ml fresh lemon juice and 20ml simple
syrup. Shake over ice, pour into a highball and top
with soda water, twist of orange zest.
