Terms and Conditions:

  • Customers are to email concierge@limwoodgourmet.com to book an advice call with a Wine Specialist for assistance with their new selection.
  • Customers must not consume more than half the bottle of returned wine.
  • Customers must return all swapped wine upon delivery of the new selection.
  • Swap products are limited to participating Sip & Swap wines via the Limwood Gourmet website.
  • You are limited to one swap per original purchase.
  • Swapped wine must be the same price or lesser—customer top-up required for wine with a higher price than the originally purchased product.
