Collection: Norrbottens Destilleri

Norrbottens Destilleri is a small-batch distillery in Töre, Sweden.  Our location in the far north of Sweden is essential to who we are and how we work.  Here, close to the arctic circle, the weather is dramatic, the flora wild, and the distances long. It's a region where you make the most of what nature provides while ensuring you protect the ecosystem that supports local plants and animals. This North Bothnian way of doing things guide our every action.

The unifying principle of every Norrbottens Destilleri product is fusions.  That means thoughtfully selected raw materials combined in ways that add new layers of taste.  We explore blending ingredients from different soils, starting with something grown in our own backyard.  Throughout each distillation stage, we are mindful of preserving the unique character of every plant, herb, and botanical we use.  The blend should always surprise and excite us to make it into a bottle. The result is a product from Norrbotten.
